Track a signed-in support request

When you are signed in, open Help, then Message support, to start a conversation with account context and optional attachments.

Where everything lives

• The Messages tab shows your conversations and our replies in one place.
• Replying to a resolved conversation reopens it, so the support team can continue helping.

If you cannot log in

Use the public contact form at https://www.kinkeeper.com/support/contact/ and confirm your email from the message KinKeeper sends.

What to do next

1. Log in and open Help.
2. Search for an answer first, or choose Message support.
3. Add a subject and message, and attach relevant screenshots that do not contain passwords, codes, or full account numbers.
4. Send the message.
5. Open the Messages tab to read replies or add another message.
