Yes. ScamScan is free and there’s no account to create. You get a few checks per day at no cost.

Do you store my message or screenshot?

The original image or text is deleted after the scan. KinKeeper may retain the analysis to improve detection. We do not sell the message or screenshot you submit.

What can I check?

Anything that feels off — a text message, an email, a social-media or marketplace message, or a screenshot of any of these. If it’s asking for money, gift cards, passwords, or personal details, it’s worth a check.

How accurate is it?

ScamScan spots the warning signs scammers use, so it’s a helpful second opinion — but it isn’t a guarantee. When anything feels uncertain, verify directly with the company or person using contact details you already trust.
