What is KinKeeper and how does it work?

KinKeeper checks in on your older loved one each day by call or text, then lets your Kin Circle know they're okay.

KinKeeper is a daily check-in service for older adults. Each day it reaches out to your loved one by phone call or text to make sure they're doing well, and it keeps your family or Kin Circle in the loop. There's no app for them to learn and no device to wear. They just answer the phone they already use.

How the daily check-in works

At a time you choose, KinKeeper sends a warm check-in. Your loved one answers with a quick reply by text, or a short word or button press by call. You and anyone you add to the Kin Circle get a gentle confirmation that all is well.

If they don't answer

People miss a message sometimes, so KinKeeper tries again a few times before doing anything else. If your loved one still hasn't responded, KinKeeper alerts your Kin Circle so someone can check in.

What you get

More than "they're alive." KinKeeper shares how the check-in went, so you can notice when a harder day might be coming and stay close from a distance.
