Setting up your first daily check-in

Setting up your first check-in takes just a few minutes. Here's the whole process.

Step by step

1. Add your loved one. Enter their first name and the phone number KinKeeper should reach, landline or cell.
2. Pick a time. Choose when the daily check-in goes out, often first thing in the morning.
3. Choose call or text. Decide whether KinKeeper checks in by automated phone call or by text. You can change this anytime.
4. Build your Kin Circle. Add the family and friends who should get the daily confirmation and any alerts.
5. Turn it on. Save, and the first check-in goes out at the next scheduled time.

After setup

You can adjust the time, channel, or Kin Circle whenever you need to. If your loved one is traveling or in the hospital, you can pause check-ins and resume later.
