A Kin Circle lead can remove a loved one from the active dashboard. KinKeeper pauses that person's check-ins and keeps the underlying account data so the relationship can be restored later. This is different from disconnecting a bank or deleting a single check-in schedule. Contact Support if the loved one needs to be restored and no restore action is available in the account.
What to do next
- Open Kin Circle for the loved one.
- Choose Remove loved one.
- Review the effect on check-ins and dashboard access.
- Confirm the removal.
