Each Kin Circle member controls their own notifications from Alerts. You can turn escalation alerts and Daily or Sunday summaries on or off, choose eligible delivery channels, and set the time you receive summaries. Text alerts require separate consent tied to your current mobile number.
What to do next
- Log in and open Alerts.
- Choose whether to receive escalation alerts, Daily summaries, and Sunday summaries.
- Select email, text, or any call option available to your account.
- If you choose text alerts, complete the consent step for the mobile number shown.
- Choose the summary delivery time.
- Apply the preference to the current loved one, every loved one, or selected loved ones, then save.
