What you can choose
- Turn escalation alerts and Daily or Sunday summaries on or off.
- Choose the eligible delivery channels.
- Set the time you receive summaries.
One requirement
Text alerts require separate consent, tied to your current mobile number.
What to do next
- Log in and open Alerts.
- Choose whether to receive escalation alerts, Daily summaries, and Sunday summaries.
- Select email, text, or any call option available to your account.
- If you choose text alerts, complete the consent step for the mobile number shown.
- Choose the summary delivery time.
- Apply the preference to the current loved one, every loved one, or selected loved ones, then save.
