Yes. You can pause a saved check-in indefinitely or for a selected number of days.
How pausing works
- A timed pause resumes automatically.
- An indefinite pause stays off until you resume it.
- The schedule stays saved, but a paused check-in does not run and cannot create new missed-check-in alerts.
What to do next
- Open Wellbeing and the check-in schedule.
- Choose Pause for the check-in.
- Select a number of days or pause until you resume it yourself.
- Return to the same schedule to resume early.
