If a Wellness or Reminder check-in is not confirmed after its scheduled attempts, KinKeeper alerts your Kin Circle.
What happens
- KinKeeper finishes the check-in's scheduled attempts.
- The Kin Circle is alerted by email and text - and by phone call too, if you turn that on.
- Anyone in the Kin Circle can acknowledge the alert to let everyone know they are handling it, so two people do not rush over at once.
One exception
Social Calls are just for connection. They do not send alerts.
