Call check-ins vs. text check-ins

Choose the format your loved one is most comfortable answering. A call provides a spoken conversation; a text provides a short written exchange.

Good to know

• You can use the saved sequence available in setup and change it later.
• If a Wellness Check or Reminder is not completed after its scheduled attempts, KinKeeper can alert the older adult's Kin Circle.
• The circle lead is notified first. If they do not acknowledge, the other members are alerted too.
• Each member chooses which channels they are reached on, under Alerts.
• Social Calls do not create missed-check-in alerts.
