Open the Acknowledge link in the missed or concerning check-in alert. The first valid acknowledgement marks the alert as being handled and stops the remaining escalation notifications. If another Kin Circle member already acknowledged it, the page tells you that it has already been handled. If the acknowledgement link is invalid or expired and the alert still appears active, log in to review it or contact Support.
What to do next
- Open the alert email or text.
- Select Acknowledge.
- Follow up with your loved one using your family's normal plan.
- Review the check-in in KinKeeper if you need the timeline or written summary.
