Privacy, recording, and consent

We take privacy seriously: Dovie calls begin with a short disclosure, only consented numbers are called, and the Kin Circle sees summaries, not full transcripts.

Your family's privacy matters to us. Here's how KinKeeper handles calls, consent, and your information.

Consent to be contacted

KinKeeper should only check in on someone who has agreed to receive the calls and texts. When you set up a check-in, you're confirming your loved one is okay being contacted. It's always best to set this up together so it feels like care, not surprise.

What's shared with the Kin Circle

Your Kin Circle sees a simple summary of how the daily check-in went, along with confirmations and any missed-check-in alerts. The goal is reassurance and a quick heads-up when something seems off, not a transcript of private conversations.

Your information

We use your loved one's contact details only to run the check-ins and keep your Kin Circle informed. We don't sell your personal information. For the full details, see our privacy policy.
